i stayed here a long time, great location 2 minute walk to the beach good restaurants all around very good fair owner

Exact location, prices (short & long stay), pics (if you have any) would be handy.

No point in promoting a business if you don't provide relevent info.

right across from sokhom so down at the end of serendipity road near the water

prices depend on the season, when i first got there aircon rooms were $12-$15 a night, now they were $17


same with long term depends on season and they are negotiable



as mentioned the owner is very fair, when i first did a month there i agreed on a price with the cashier and told her id pay the following day, when i went to pay he was there and gave me $50 back

i really could not believe it and it made me trust when he started increasing the rent around october $20 more each month (flattened out by january)

if he hadnt done that i would have thought the price increases were just to rip me off
