Hotels in Phnom Penh

Most of us stay in Phnom Penh on the way to Snookey..

Although I went straight though the first time..

I have stayed there about 10 times since...

most times staying in a different hotel...$25/35 range

Started with Paragon then Rorys Place,Indochine, Socha Something,

Havent really found what Im looking for...

which is ...a mini Raffels costing about $50/70 a night

Anyone treated themselves to a bit of luxury in PP/SNV ?

This IMHO is also missing in Snookey...

Serious money can be spent on a room in Snookey..

ie..Snake Island ,Independance, and to some exent Sokha..

but the middle market is not catered for...
