Since its opening on the 16th March 2008, the Hard Rock Bar has picked up a loyal following amongst the local expats and visitors to Sihanoukville. Upon entering the Hard Rock Bar, you are immediatly greated by the friendly Cambodian staff, they are currently learning / improving their English and will happily engage you in coversation to improve their skills.
