    Its beautiful, but quite a shame that the beach itself is closed off to everyday Khmer people and reserved only for rich foreigners.

    Hi Steven, I do agree, but I can see the logic too. Ochheuteal beach gets tiring real quick when you’re being hassled by the vendors. Also, whilst it is strictly speaking a ‘private’ beach, anyone is free to enter and use the beach or sit poolside ….. that is, anyone who can afford to pay the drink prices!
